Celebitchy is a disgusting site. All it is is a group of white women circle jerking about how woke and feminist they are, the comments are heavily moderated yet every article is full of double standards, sexism and subtle racism.

The RBF posts are disgusting, sexist and the same 15 people just bully one person and jump on anyone who dares say something nice about the devil that is Kate Middleton. Someone said they thought Kate was taking a “fashion risk” and was quickly laughed at and told they were wrong.

How are you wrong about YOUR OPINION? Something that you subjectively think? Then the outright racism in the Beyonce posts. Every single one of them are in my opinion at one time or another, racist, hypocrital and bullies. No one on that site is woke. I’m starting to believe that Kaiser isn’t an WOC. What kind of WoC mods out people for opinions they don’t agree with, yet would allow the outright racism that was in the Bey post? Wouldn’t she be modding out all that? No. Instead she’s busy modding the Kate posts making sure no one says nothing TOO nice about her.she hates someone that has literally no effect on her more than racism.

Celebitchy is what happens when you have a bunch of white women who got woke in 2014 and a writer who is probably unattractive and unstylish herself but constantly thinks she has some authority on someone  else fashion.

They all think their opinions are more important then actual WOC,Moc, people of the lGBTQ+ community, so whenever we have someone come in and give thier experience, they are shut down by the white feminism and racism. Or Kaiser mods them out .

I’m not even the type to do the whole “white folks are the devil” but CB is full of fake feminist. All the way.

—————————————–

They need to give Kate a break. I just can’t believe it -  do they get a special kick out of dissing a pregnant woman’t fashion choices daily?  It is disturbing.

And even if Kate didn’t have any fashion sense, so what? Is is a crime? In the 21th century a woman should be judged by her character, not her clothes.

I think Helena Boham Carter has no fashion sense, so what? What does it matter? She is still adorable.

Anonymous asked: Kaiser is the worst. On the post about Princess Charlotte learning Spanish she made some ignorant comments about langauges, the British royal family and their supposed 'tolerance' of certain languages. She implied that the family must surely see Spanish as ''less than'' French, which is ridiculous. It showed how little she knows of European attitudes. Spanish is highly valued here. I asked a critical question and wrote of my own bilingual upbringing but the comment wasn't approved of course.

Kaiser comes across as someone who haven’t really traveled or interacted with different cultures much. Her views are very American-centric. She doesn’t understand international perspective at all. She is not equipped to write for an international audience.

A few observations on the last weeks articles on CB:

1. People who keep talking about how awful Norman Reedus looks and how Joshua Jakson is so much better, just stop it. Happiness has nothing to do with looks. You can be with the most beautiful person  in the world and still be unhappy if that person is not right for you and vice versa.

2.Aziz Ansari discucssion -  whether it was an assault or not. It wasn’t an outright assault in my opinion, but that doesn’t make it somehow OK, or forgivable. He treated that young woman as a piece of meat. not a person. And he doesn’t even get it why it was wrong. Women shouldn’t have to accept that it is OK to treat them as piece of chattel. It is not OK to blame the woman for wanting and expecting more than just being a sex toy. Too many commenters sounded like it was the woman’s fault that she expected to be treated with more respect and consideration.

3. So, now that Meghan and Harry are proving to be Will&Kate #2, only without kids so far, I find it funny how their CB fans are coming up with excuses they never seems to think of in case of Wil&Kate - “ Harry is RICH! What else did people expect?”. I expected nothing different and this is why the monarchy needs to be abolished . What is the saying - none are so blind as those who refuse to see?  That applies to the CB posters most of the time, so many of them have blinders on.

Today Kaiser decided to take an issue with Gal Gadot’s pink and red outfit. This is so petty, I just rolled my eyes.

Is Celebitchy a fashion blog now? That would be funny because Kaiser has no taste and no eye for fashion. Red and pink actually go well together and you’ll find this combination used by many designers.

One day Celebitchy is a progressive political blog ( see all Trump articles), or  a champion for feminist issues  (Harvey coverage), another day it is a trashy gossip blog ( various Swift, Kardashian and roayls articles) and other days it is just nasty pointless negative gossip that rips into people for superficial things like clothes and haircuts.

Does Kaiser even know who she wants to be when she grows up?

So, today Kaiser called Oscar Isaac’s partner his baby-mama. Some feminist she is … Someone needs to explain to her why this is a sexist term just like “knocked up”.

LAK and NIcole really went after each other on the Lupita’s article today. And it made me sad, because they are both right, they both have valid points, but that is the nature of Celebitchy -  people get too self-righteous, too absolute in their views and refuse to accept more nuanced views.

if you haven’t seen Lupita’s Vogue cover - take a look. It is absolutely gorgeous. I spent full 5 minutes just staring at it. It is so beautiful.

As for her point that colonialism causes an identity crisis, I don’t fully agree . I think colonialism impedes the development of the cultures that are colonized  and it tries to subsume them but I think colonized people are still very clear about who they are.

I have to say, I very much enjoyed reading all the regulars on Celebitchy trying to reconcile the irreconcilable.

In their heads they created this image of Meghan Markle as a forward thinking progressive feminist, and now she is going to have to curtsy to Kate.

Apparently, Meghan can still remain a progressive feminist while doing so because it was her choice -  their words , not mine.

I also felt quite a bit of disbelief  about just how much people know about the rules of the royal family. Some people take the monarchy way too seriously. The monarchy should be abolished, and its archaic , sexist rules should be abolished with it.

SoulSPA poster went into great lengths to talk about people who know how to curtsy properly, as if it is some kind of a great accomplishment and not a sexist anachronism. But I am repeating myself ….

I just want to point out one thing on the Meghan Markle comments. She will have to give up her American citizenship. She cannot marry into the British Royal family and keep it. This type of divided loyalties will never be allowed, even if allowed by law.

In fact I remember seeing an article talking about the exit taxes and such she would have to pay to give up her American citizenship.

So, if the things go south, she will not be able to go back to the US as an American citizen. For the same reason, she will not have protection of American laws in such matters as prenup agreements.

On the article “ Lena Dunham casts herself as the only person with foresight on Harvey Weinstein “  there is a lot of criticism of Lena Dunham, which I have no problem with.

But it is very noticeable how everyone studiously avoiding the subject of Hillary Clinton knowing the truth about Harry Weinstein, because I have no doubt she knew, but she didn’t care enough to forgo hie influence and his donations.

Or maybe people did point it out but their comments their deleted. That blog post is supposed to have 76 comments as per the front page, but only 36 are published.

What is Kaiser’s problem with men saying that they are objectified as well? It is not either/or. Women are objectified, men are objectified. Both men and women feel diminished and disrespected when it happens. They are people and want to be seen as persons, not bodies.

I am talking about this post

Matt Smith is #MeToo-ing: Men are objectified too, ‘it’s not exclusive’ to women

Kaiser says

I have an honest question: when men start #MeToo-ing in this particular way, does it ever feel like they’re derailing the conversation? Does it ever feel like someone saying “all lives matter” to Black Lives Matter? We know men and boys are victimized, and they have every right to tell their stories and be believed, the same as women. But… the patriarchy is real, you know?

As I said, it is not either/ or. Patriarchy doesn’t make it OK to silence men. Just support both men and women. Simple.

It is like Kaiser doesn’t know what to do when things are not black and white.

Kaiser mercilessly mocked Kit Harrington when he talked about it. And that has been a sore point with me since then because Harrington was absolutely right. He was being an ally and he was trying to relate to women’s experiences and for that he was mocked. Matt got a slightly better treatment because Kaiser seems to like him more.
