Anonymous asked: It bothers me so much how Kaiser intentionally picks the most unflattering pictures of Kate on purpose. She touts herself as a feminist, but to be so juvenile and bully-like to another woman is just hypocrisy at its best. The amount of energy it must take her to be so petty 🙄
Kaiser does it with all celebrities she doesn’t like. She also misrepresents things on purpose to create additional controversy.
She was called out on it once by one of the regulars, and offered an unconvincing explanation as to why she chose the pictures she did, and then kept on doing it.

Anonymous asked: So it's pretty pathetic over there now. The royal posts have a couple hundred or so comments and the rest don't even break 100. Honestly it is sad that a community that was smart and close knit was destroyed. It could have been so much more (yes I know it's just gossip but you do need a place to unwind), but for one woman's control freakery lol.
I noticed it too. Five royal posts a day, talking about the same thing, with hundreds of comments. And the other posts barely have any comments.
As someone said earlier, Celebitchy might as well rebrand itself as a royal blog.

Anonymous asked: I have to agree about the office of FLOTUS. It is archaic. Maybe after the ridiculousness of Melania, who isn't even educated, the entire role will be eradicated. Sure a supportive spouse is good but if a woman were to become POTUS would anyone expect her husband to do the same tasks? All you have to do is imagine a man say Be Best it is clear how utterly absurd i is. Can you pictture a man with a soft porn past being the spouse of a woman president? She wouldn't even get elected.

Anonymous asked: "I feel like Celebitchy is dieing." They are now doing sponsored posts with amazon affiliate links. That could be a sign they need other ways to make money. It also looks like there are less comments on average.
I am pretty sure they also take money from some celebrities to promote them. They also have ads on their site, but maybe these are google ads, I am not sure. They can’t be making that much money from clicks.
Only royal posts have any decent traffic from Meghan’s fans. Before Meghan appeared they spend half a year doing anti-Trump posts, but now it is over. In a few months they will have to find another hot topic or they will be in real trouble.

Anonymous asked: Oh, I hope people don't start the rudeness with Meghan's maternity leave. The discussions surrounding Kate's maternity leave were awful, truly awful. Every mother deserves months and months off for maternity leave. It doesn't matter if a mum is a SAHM or works full/part-time. American maternity leave and the mindset it creates amongst women is dangerous. Funny how the CBitches talk so much about feminism but they get so viscous and envious of mothers when maternity leave is brought up!
I completely agree, but I already saw something on CB about Meghan’s case being different.
Americans are raised to be workaholics, and for many the job is their raison d’etre. They work themselves to death and cannot understand why others think it is crazy. In fact, they tend to think that anyone no willing to work themselves to death is “lazy”. American corporations sure love this kind of mentality.

Here is a good article explaining why the first lady role and expectations that come with it is harmful for women.
“
Michelle ObamaMrs Obama made a great job of being first spouse. But why the need to play consort?

sailorlf asked: I applaud all our first ladies in recent memory in that Hilary Clinton worked hard at trying to geta healthcare bill passed The Bush women fit a a certain more demure role but turns out Barbara Bush was the matriarch outside of the White House. Michelle Obama was too subdued as I wanted her to use all her brain power but I know she also had children to raise. Melania is a mother and is doing her best. If the roles were reversed, would these women have made better presidents? Food for thought!

Anonymous asked: Re: Melania post and FLOTUS office...but other first ladies did use this office well. Betty Ford brought the issue of addiction out of the closet; she also advocated for equal rights for women. Eleanor Roosevelt's accomplishments are too numerous to mention. Hillary wanted to function as a co-POTUS and that is another issue. Michelle may be very likeable, but she CHOSE long before Barack's election to be a "traditional" wife. I don't think she was" forced" to do so.

Anonymous asked: That Bill Maher/Stan Lee article and some of the comments were beyond insulting. The so called woke women talk about not stereotyping yet they love to stereotype. Adult men who like comic books and Star Wars are deadbeat dads who caused Trump to be the president? Lol what? That site is so freaking toxic and weird. I love how they add the caveat "don't get mad it's my opinion." Well most of their opinions are shit... not mad juts honest.

Anonymous asked: In response to the post about Melania. I admit to being more traditional and don't have an issue with the office of First Lady. I think the "soft approach" of this office can be useful in many ways. Re: her public call for the ouster of Mira Ricardel, I think this was acting out behavior on her part. Ricardel was Bolten's person and Bolten currently has Trump's ear. 1/2
I don’t really agree that the office of the First Lady is useful in any way, Smart and capable women like Michele and Hillary were forced to hide their true nature, and pretend to have little ambition. What is good about that? And those who are not qualified at all, like Melania, shouldn’t be in the position to influence anything. Also, don’t forget Michele also didn’t want to the the first lady and had to sacrifice a lot for the sake of her husband’s career. I don’t think it is right.
