Anonymous asked: Kaiser is really going overboard with this “Will and Kate are behind all the Meg stories”. She’s looking crazier every day.

Two interesting posts on December 3rd.  In the Carole Middleton article, posters were mocking Kate’s looks and stating she will age to Carole’s beady eyes, thin lips, etc. One response not deleted (yet):

Berries says:

Sweet Jesus, and you call yourselves “feminists” here?? 🙄

In the Vanity Fair Meghan article, one response that has yet to be deleted:

However would Celebitchy keep going without the Royals.

Either Kaiser is slipping or they’re backing off the fanatical censoring. Probably the former.

Barely 20 comments on the very important topic of Michele Obama addressing the Lean In nonsense. I always thought the Lean In advice was damaging. It is exactly the wrong thing to do if you are working for a company which is an old boys club, which happens to be the most companies out there.

Yet we have 200+ comments on some royal conspiracy nonsense post, which I am yet to read.

Celebitchy and Kaiser must realize by now how pathetic the site has become.

Anonymous asked: Behold the comments from the feminists over at Celebitchy on the Carole Middleton post. These people disgust me.

I  am going to read it now, but I can guess what it is about -  Carole being the evil mastermind of everything that is wrong with the BRF.

Not sure if this groping story is something that happened in Bush’s late years but have learned in working in nursing homes that dementia does not have a filter but emotions are intact..sometimes a person with dementia is reaching out for a loved one (lost one)…or is regressing..a lot. anyway, I did not read the whole story on CB as I tend not to read it anymore but just something I learned about dimentia recently.

Thank you for the information, this is really good to know. I appreciate the insight.

Anonymous asked: They speculate all the time without fact but when its time to gossip about Harry and Meghan the speculation isn't allowed, lol. So much policing going on in the royal threads now. "Don't gossip about things without fact! You don't know the truth, why are you gossiping and spreading rumours?" LOL. It's called CeleBitichy but they obviously don't like it when Meghan is the topic. Rumours, speculation and opinions aren't allowed on the Sussex's! Feel free to talk crap about the Cambridge's, though.

Right. Baseless speculation is only allowed when it is celebrities they don’t like. Then they hide behind the site being a bitchy, gossip site. But they quickly forget about it when it is their faves.

Anonymous asked: If I had $10 for every post Kaiser blocked since the anti-Meghan PR, and Kaiser's "The Cambridges did it!" stuff came out, I could probably retire early.

Lol.

Anonymous asked: The people who justify workplace abuse are the same people who shame a woman for taking the parental leave to which she is legally entitled. They are also the same people who think getting to work at 7am when you are the boss (setting example and expectations) is a badge of honour.

The real moral of this story is that any celebrity in the future that hires Melissa Toubatti is now fully warned: she can’t handle a high pressure job, and she will quit and then sell all sorts of dirt about you to the tabloids.

The real story is that Meghan’s fans will excuse workplace abuse in order to protect Meghan. Gee, do they even read what they are writing?

It is said that people don’t quit companies, they quit bad managers. It is possible that Meghan is just a bad manager and needs to learn.

The PA was almost certainly someone who didn’t have the skills or competency required to work for a skilled and competent Meghan, was bitter about being asked to step up or step out and wanted to get her revenge in the worst way possible.

OMG, the comments on the Meghan’s article. I just started reading.

So, let me get this straight, an experienced and vetted PA doesn’t have the skills and is clearly at fault, rather than Meghan, who never held a managerial job and there is no certainty that she actually knows how to manage staff.

Managing people is a skill in itself, and most people are very bad at it. This is why there are very few good managers, Managing people is HARD.

On top of it, in case of Meghan,  there are significant cultural differences to account for. It takes years to  understand another culture and stop making unintentional faux pas. It took me 5 years to adjust to the American culture, and Americans are very accepting and  tolerant of foreigners, much more than Brits. Meghan never lived in Britain and it appears she is flying blind. She is in  desperate need of someone British, who she can rely on to help her to understand differences between British and American cultures, what is acceptable and what is not.

For example, while American think getting up at 4 AM to work out and getting to work by 7AM is a badge of honor, most Europeans think it is nuts. I tend to agree with Europeans. )))
