Anonymous asked: What I find amusing about CB is that the second half of it's name implies not just latitude in criticizing famous people, but an expectation of same. But if you criticize someone Kaiser likes, suddenly you have "violated commenting guidelines". It's really only about who Kaiser likes and dislikes, so the commenting "guidelines" are a complete sham.
When it is somebody they don’t like on CB, they forget all about their “feminism” and start judging the person’s looks and clothes and what is not. And if you point it out , they say - this is why this site is called “bitchy”.
However, if it is one of their faves, then most of negative comments get deleted right away, and to the ones that get to stay ( to spice things up ) you get a dozen comments along the lines - why are you commenting on this person if you don’t like him/ her, you could just skip the post.
The disturbing thing is how they seem to be completely unaware of their own hypocrisy.

Celebitchy continues to be nasty today. Apparently, Melania Trump has not been seen in public for a while, after she was hospitalized with a kidney issue.
And these nasty women on CB are making fun of her because they think the only reason she is not seen is plastic surgery. What if she is really seriously sick? This is crosses the line of decency and leaves it far, far behind. And no amount “she chose this life” justifies it. Nothing justifies being cruel and and nasty.

Anonymous asked: @response to the "famewhore" issue, we'll have to agree to disagree. We are agreed that MM wouldn't have looked at Harry if his name hadn't been "Windsor" with the global fame she stood to gain. To me, agreeing to that "Vanity Fair" article, which we all know that she would never have gotten without dating him, says it all. She's always looking for the cameras, and to me it seems clear that her whole life has been dedicated to becoming a AAA+ lister. Well, now she is-through her marriage.
Fair enough ))). I agree with your Vanity Fair point. She only got the cover because of who she is married to, not through her own work, and that is sad, for all women, that money and connections still matter more than honest work.

I see posters on CB are so concerned with feminists issues that there are only 20-30 posts on the #MeToo related topics but 200-300 each of the royal posts and there are 5-6 of them a day. // sarcasm
CB turned into a nastier version of Mirror.

Wow,I just went to the Kate’s maternity leave thread and it is NASTY.
What is this, for example ( a post by Lizbeth )
“
While I think leave is fine, I’m not buying the idea that proper bonding requires her to be home with the baby 24/7. While Kate’s “on leave” she’s not available 24/7 to the baby nor are “ordinary hands-on” moms who do things like clean the house, grocery shop, go to church, engage in their regular charitable activities, have a night out with dad, etc. all while “on leave.”
“
Let me tell you something, “Lizbeth”, a new baby wakes up every 2 hours to feed. And if you breastfeed, it does not matter how many nannies you have, you still have to wake up every 2 hours. You get no sleep for the first 3-4 months, you become a zombie.
Cleaning? What cleaning? Grocery shopping an cooking - the husband can do it. Believe it or not, even in regular households women get help, and they are still struggling.

Anonymous asked: Kaiser's hatred of Kate Middleton is pathological and she can try blaming it on Kate being "lazy" from now till Kingdom Come, I don't believe her. I'm only waiting for her blame the weather on Kate. IMHO Kaiser hates Kate because she is a white English girl. If Meghan had been white Kaiser would have hung her out to dry for using dating Harry to get herself a "Vanity Fair" cover and talking about their relationship inside. Mention "Meghan" and "famewhore" on Celebitchy and watch the fur fly.
I don’t think Meghan is a famewhore, but I am pretty sure if Harry wasn’t a rich royal she wouldn’t have given him a second look. But this goes for many women. I don’t think Meghan is worse than any other regular woman, but she is not an activist, feminist etc. that Celebitchy posters are making her out to be. If she were, she would have never married into the royal family to begin with.

Anonymous asked: Exhibit D: CHER: "She gave birth and a few hours later she got up and left the hospital. Thus, she is very capable of fitting a few appearances between now and October." Sound logic...
Even in the backwards US, which does not have any maternity leave whatsoever, women get 6 weeks disability leave to recover from birth. And I can attest that they need every day of it since bleeding often doesn’t stop for 4-6 weeks.

Anonymous asked: Exhibit C: "GOOFPUFF: I’m not begrudging her maternity leave – i am tired of all the continued promises of work and keenness lies all these years in between them. They have several nannies, surely she can spare an hour or two for an appearance several times a week." Gosh. I am shocked. Women with "easy" jobs should not take full time leaves.

Anonymous asked: Exhibit B: "Mat leave isn’t a vacation but with alll the help in the world an hour or two away to ‘work’ is fine." Luckily for all of us, the law does not work like this. These women, they read what they write?!?

Anonymous asked: (part 2 of 2) You know what kate did to "deserve" a six-month maternity leave? NOTHING. She lives in a country that rcognizes parents' rights and protects them. And we all ahould fight for not less but even more legal protections!
